Design, Development & Production

Since 1992, Lutin Creations has operated at the intersection of traditional jewelry craft and industrial precision technology. We were among the first in the region to integrate CNC manufacturing into the production chain — and we have never stepped back from that standard.

The capability that Israel's industry left behind.

Between 1986 and the late 1990s, Israel was a recognised centre of expertise in diamond setting and precision jewelry production. Orders came from the Swiss watch industry, from Graff, Tiffany & Co., Chopard, and de Grisogono — brands that demanded total accuracy and expected it to be delivered without negotiation.

The market disruption of 1998 sent most of that production capacity elsewhere. In 1992, Lutin Creations had made a deliberate decision to integrate CNC machinery into its production chain — one of the first in the industry to do so. That investment meant the technical capability others abandoned was retained.

Today, Lutin Creations is one of the few manufacturers in the region able to execute the full high-jewelry production cycle in a single facility, to the tolerance and repeatability that international brands require.

A production partner, not a subcontractor.

B2B production at this level is not subcontracting. It is a technical partnership. We work directly with your design and engineering team to ensure that every parametric model, every prototype, every setting is executed to your exact specification — and that each production run repeats those results with full consistency.

We do not work on volume. We work on complexity. Our clients come to us because the piece is technically demanding and the margin for error is zero. Production capabilities include: CAD/CAM design, CNC wax and metal prototyping, precision casting in gold, platinum and silver, stone setting including Invisible and channel, custom stone cutting, and full post-production finishing.

How we work

CAD Design & Technical Drawings

Parametric modeling and precise stone-placement engineering drawings prepared to your exact technical specifications.

CNC Prototyping

CNC-machined wax and soft metal prototypes submitted for client approval before full production begins.

Precision Casting

In-house casting in gold, platinum, and silver alloys with full post-casting refinement to your tolerances.

Stone Setting

Pavé, channel, bezel, and Invisible setting — including Chanel-standard preparation for watch and high-jewelry applications.

Stone Cutting to Specification

Diamond and coloured stone cutting to your exact contour and dimension specification. Not adapted from stock — cut for your design.

Finishing & Quality Control

Surface treatment to production specification, with geometry preserved through every stage and documented QC before delivery.

A transparent, structured production process from brief to delivery.

01

Technical Brief

You share your technical brief, drawings, or reference pieces. We confirm feasibility, timeline, and terms before any work begins.

02

CAD Development

Our team develops parametric 3D models and technical drawings aligned precisely to your specifications and stone requirements.

03

Prototype Approval

CNC-machined prototypes are produced and submitted for your review and sign-off before production proceeds.

04

Production

Casting, finishing, and stone setting carried out in our facility under direct quality supervision at every stage.

05

Quality Control

Each piece is inspected against your specification before leaving our facility. Full documentation is provided as standard.

06

Delivery

Fully documented, certified, and packaged to your brand's standards — ready for client delivery.
